Does anybody have any drills for a gainer flic on beam. The gymnast already has a very good flic step out.

Start it on the side of a panel mat. Make sure to stand on or otherwise secure the other side.

you have one of those SA "street beam...looks like a road to me;)" ok...some people will call it a bench beam too...with the straps to secure it onto a standard beam?

if so...work em on a low beam then progress to high beam...

Railroads! These are gorgeous but I feel like the only problem with them is you have to be careful with gainers because with the railroad you need to move your leg to the side a little more than is comfortable for some people if you start standing on it (I know some who didn't care, others they would try to overcorrect a little). But what you could do is start on the beam with the railroad behind them and have them do the skill up (could also put your thickest beam mat back there.) That'll make them go harder for a little height too.
