okay well i have been practicing in my house for the past couple of years.
and i have been going to the gym as well.
so if you have any practice tips let me now!
 
ok so i don't know if you have your splits, well you probable do:) but to stretch them even more put one of your feet on a raised surface and then slide into your splits. it really helps! there is my tip

Are there any particular skills you want help with?
Even if you have soft mats at home, it is probably best to stick to the basics and conditioning at home. You really need to be in a gym with a coach to do more difficult skills.
