Okayy so I've been working bwo bhs on beam for a while now.. They never improved and I would always get dissapointed and yeah long story.. But last week my coach told me to try handstand bhs instead of working bwo bhs that day. At first I was scared of it just like my bwo bhs (YES I WAS ON LOW BEAM WITH MATS STACKED UP AND IT WAS BASICALLY LIKE THE FLOOR..yes i am wierd) :) okay but then once i did it i kept moving the mats out a little and once they were gone i was scared to go again.. so then my teammate (KyraGymnast) spotted me (THANK YOU SO MUCH! :D) and then I did it without her and they were GOOD!! like I stayed on (hands AND feet! :D) every time!!!! Now I actually have a chance of putting a series with a BHS in it in my routine this season!! lol I know it's only on low beam but not for long!!!!!!!!!! No gym this week.. so wish me luck next week! (HIGH BEAM!! :D)
