Does any one have any suggestings of ways i can make going to workout more fun??:confused:
 
Set goals, when you have clear goals you will get a lot more from each workout and as a result enjoy it more. Set mini goals or goals for the day rather than just big goals. For example your goal might be to really push yourself on conditioning, or take the next small step on a skill and so on.

Have short term goals - to achieve in the next few weeks to months. Mid term goals for the next 6 months to 1 year, and long term goals - in many years.
 
I like to pretend I am at a meet and everything I am doing is being judged. That helps me get a lot more done and helps pass the time.
 
you cant really make gym more fun but i really enjoy hanging and having more fun with my friends. my gym friends are the closest friends i have so i try to maximise the fun i have with them and one of the reasons people do gym is for the friends and the bonds you make with them.
