WAG Having Trouble Holding Onto Bar

Recently I had a hand/ finger injury on my right (dominate) hand. However, I was only out at most 2 weeks. I’ve been back for a week now and i’m having trouble holding on to the bar without getting the feeling that i’m going to peel. I have grips that fit and we’re fine before i got hurt. Kips and cast handstands have also not felt good lately. I have a meet Friday and so hopefully i’ll work it out? Does anyone has any tips?
 
What was the injury and has the injury fully healed? Breaks and sprains would typically take longer than two (now three since the injury?) weeks to heal. I would not expect much loss of strength in two week or less of rest, but if it has not healed then your grip could very well be weaker than normal. I watched someone peel off bars and break their arm recently, so I would recommend seeing a doctor. Scratching bars sounds like it might be prudent since one meet isn't worth the risk of ending your season with a more serious injury!
