I thought that I should start out by making a post here.

A little bit about my gymnastics history:
16 years of gymnastics
Competitive gymnast for 12 years
Coaching on my 3rd year now
Judged for 2 years.

As you can tell I have done it all when it comes to gymnastics. Only being 20 years old, my life has revolved around this great sport. As of right now, I am the head vaulting coach at the FlipFlopShop in Ripley, WV.
