Hi, I've been doing gymnastics for six years and I don't have either legs all the way down, also middle split. Every time I do it I'm not that far from the ground, plus if I practice a long time I'm all the way down. But the next day, I'm just as worse as before. I try to practice them every day but my legs are really hurting from it. Please help!! I'm competing 5 this fall and would like to have both splits all the way down.
