I don't know if it is a coordination issue. I am so ignorant to all of this. my daughter is 5. just started on a squad a few weeks back. this week they were doing an exercise where they run and then jump on something and do a big finish type thing. if that makes sense. I think she thinks about it too much so she ends up galloping before she reaches the jumping stage.
the coach was trying to help her but it was holding others up so after a few tries they let her keep practicing on her own for a minute before changing to something else.

she really loves the squad. she started 2 months later than the rest of them and they are being assessed in 4 ish months to see if they can continue on the squad. she is very strong and very flexible. I would say at most things she is top of the class but there are a few things where she is average and then this thing which seems so simple she just couldn't get.
would she be dropped from the squad if everything else was great but this was still dodgy?

any tips to help her get this would be fab
