I'm a 22 year old college student and stay at home mom. I did gymnastics as a kid, I got to about level 4 (with the exception of not being able to do a round off back handspring, grr...). The last time I did gymnastics I was in an adult class that didn't have a lot of structure and that was when I was 17.

I would love to go back and get to at least a level 5 or 6 all around.

We have a trampoline at home and I've been trying to learn a back handspring on it but I'm having a lot of difficulty. I keep making the mistake of jumping up more than I jump back. Anyway, I'd appreciate tips from any one who's willing to give them. :)
