I'm a mom to a new level 3 gymnast. My DD starts her competition season at the end of August. I am anxious and excited for her. We changed gyms this spring, a super hard decision, but it was the best choice ever and she is really happy. Still a few tricky skills left to get, but her coaches don't seem concerned. I just want her to finish her routine and not freak out.
