Hi my names Daisy, I’m mostly a self taught gymnast, but I do gymnastics for fun once a week. At the moment the skill I am trying to get is my kickover on floor so if you have any good tips at all it would be appreciated!)

Thank you for the help!Tip for the kickover: contract your body instead of getting it all out of your legs/hips. You have 2 rib cages, with a little bit of room in between (you can feel this). When you kickover, make this as small as possible, so your chest is in and your back gets rounded.
