Hi my names Daisy, I’m mostly a self taught gymnast, but I do gymnastics for fun once a week. At the moment the skill I am trying to get is my kickover on floor so if you have any good tips at all it would be appreciated!:))

Tip for the kickover: contract your body instead of getting it all out of your legs/hips. You have 2 rib cages, with a little bit of room in between (you can feel this). When you kickover, make this as small as possible, so your chest is in and your back gets rounded.

Good luck in your journey!
