how to get more MORE flexible back??? any streches you do?

The most important part is stretching often, I think...at least a couple times a week but more if you can. You can do cobra/cat stretch (lying on your stomach w/ knees close together + arch back, try to touch your feet to your head if you want), also bridges (walk your hands to your feet), and standing arches. They're pretty basic, but should help!
 
I used to be completely un-flexible. haha. But you should try what worked for me:
Do a backbend, Straighten your legs as much as you can. Make sure your shoulders are ABOVE your hands. you should look like a lopsided rainbow, haha. Do this 3-4 times a day for 20 seconds each time. And the more you do it, the longer you should hold it.
