Parents How was this coach not put on the suspended list?!

Everest Gymnastics in NC, Qi Han. They have had reports apparently for years, but from a national team member's parents since last year. But he still isn't on the list (I just looked). It sure seems to me that there is some jumping too fast on certain people to put out a tweet about them being suspended and put them on this list and then something like this and crickets from Safe Sport and USAG. I understand how the accusations a few years ago might have gotten swept away, but it is absurd that it is still happening.
