Most of our girls did not have the level 3 skills at the beginning of the season but the assumption is that they will compete one more year at 3 before going to 4. We also have two groups ours train 12 hours and the older girls train 16. The 16 hour girls will likely move up to level 4 they get 35-38 AA our girls got 30-33 AA. Most girls here do 2 years at level 3. You can get a surprising amount of skills over the summer but if they all just got their level 3 skills I would be surprised if they would be ready for level 4 by the next competition season. Why not stay at three --they can always move to 4 part way through next season if they are progressing that fast? Just my two cents.
