I have been trying to do a round off back tuck for years but it’s always the same problem. I have trouble tucking and setting and I really need tips. I don’t have access to a trampoline

Here are a few solutions:
1) practice a roundoff rebound.
-do this until you have a solid set
2) setting drills
-using a solid mat at least 10 inches, sit up against the mat (the mat is lengthwise, flat on the floor). Reach forwards into a pike stretch, then slam your hands back onto the mat. If this hurts, add some foam on top to cushion the blow. This is only one of many drills you can do for setting.
3) Get a coach to spot you
LAST RESORT
If you have trouble tucking your legs, try a pike. if you have trouble tucking your body, try a layout. You can do a layout with bent legs, or a layout. You might also try a roundoff whip.
