I found a new stretch!

It stretches out your arms and your legs at the same time.I dont know if anyone has thought of this,or if it really is an actual stretch that is used but here it is anyway:

You sit on the floor with your legs out to the side[straddle].Try to get your face as close to the ground as you can.Once you have that you put your hands behind you,put them together and then reach up behind your back with them.I hold it for about 2-3 minutes.I dont know if that makes any sense to anybody else,but I tryed to explain it so other people would get it.

i get it and it workss!
i have done something similar to that to stretch your shoulders by hanging on the bar by your knees and put your hands together behind your back and reach up (or just kind of let them fall towards the ground, but behind you).
