I want to move to JO from Xcel.

I want to move to JO from Xcel, but I do not know how I would go about doing that. If anyone knows the process please respond.

Just tell your coach that you want to switch and why and ask him/her if it's possible : he or she will tell you how it works at your gym and whether ot not you would be allowed to switch.
But keep in mind that they might tell you 'no' and that it would not be a big deal : what matters is that you are having fun doing gymnastics, that you are safe doing so and that you keep getting better (at your own pace).

I agree with @Carabistouille. Just talk with your parents and ask your coach, making sure your fully explain the reasons WHY you want to switch. There’s no specific “process”. It’s all up to your coaches (and somewhat your parents).
