Hello everyone. I'm a former gymnast. I did gym from age 5-12. My family had financial trouble, so I stop gymnastics but I then started heavy weightlifting. I used my dads old weights. I really miss gymnastics but I also fell in love with fitness, bodybuilding. I am currently doing a mix of gymnastics conditioning and bodybuilding ( my 2 favorite sports ). I currently do help people train in a cross breed of gymnastics, cross fit, bodybuilding. When I do have kids, I will put them in gymnastics when they around 3 or 4, and on there off days I will teach them cross fit and bodybuilding. I'm currently working on to become a personal trainer, nutrionist, gymnastics coach, etc.
