Iron Cross

  2. Yes. We had a 13 year old level 8 compete it at state and regionals last year.

  3. Yes, they can. Should they is another question, but I do believe it is allowed.

  4. The better question is should you compete a cross. That is a lot of pressure on pre-pubescent shoulders for only a "B"
