Does anybody know of good exercises to help with knee injury prevention? I'm working on creating a conditioning program for my college club team. We have very limited hours in the gym and in previous years have done essentially no conditioning. Last year we had two torn ACLs and a lot of complaints of knee pain, so I'd really like thing that target this area. Thanks in advance!

Here is some good starting points. I am not an expert but have learned a ton on my dds journey and keeping her healthy and moving through all the aches and pains and growth and injuries.

She had a knee injury this spring. Their focus when getting her back to it were both on knee mobility and stability but also on core stability. Core stability is a so crucial to most injury prevention.

Also take a look at having your girls roll out before and after practice. Tightness in the calves and those can be a leading cause of knee, ankle and heal pain. Our girls all roll out ten minutes before practice top to bottom. There are tons of info and videos on this on YouTube.
