layouts?

Hello everyone

I have been trying to do a layout on the trampoline and I just got it but everyone is saying you should not throw your chest forward and then snap your feet over but i don't know if that is true? :confused:
 
Sounds like the typical arch over and bring your legs over by piking at the hips. Not really a layout. It may develop eventually into a layout with LOTS of form correction.

A hollow layout will start out with some hip pike. Not a lot, some.

An arched layout will stay in an arched position throughout and not just pike down ( sometimes this is being scared or not knowing where you are ).
 
oh ok thank you cuz all of my coaches were not sure if it was a layout or not i will try that at gym the next time i go:)
