Parents Leo rash?

My DD has a rash from her leo that never seems to go away. Mostly on her bottom Any OTC creams or home remedies that help with this?

Worth getting it checked on your next GP visit- might need a specific cream- may have a thrush/ other origin - good luck, sounds miserable !
