Would this routine fit all the new level 7 bar requirements?

Kip- A
Cast to about vertical (within 45 degrees)- A
Clear hip to horizontal-A
Kip- A
Tuck-on- A
Uprise- B
Back hip circle- A
Cast to handstand- in straddle- A
Giant- B
Flyaway- A

A few other questions:

Can you get deducted for having to many skills in a routine?

What are some skills in group 3,6,or 7( A's/B's) for bars?

If you have to many B's will they count them as A's?

Would it be a better idea to do sole circle instead of uprise as it would be deleting a skill(back hip circle)?

Thanks in advance!

I moved your thread to WAG for Canada and I modified the title. You need answers from someone who knows the new Ontario code well.

Ok, I am not an expert here, but it seems to fit the bill.

You need 5 As and 2 Bs. Check
2 circling elements, one a group 3,6 or 7 (free hip) check, one a B (giant) check.
flyaway dismount check.

the only thing I don't know about is the degree of the free hip. Last I heard those were yet to be finalized.

not sure why you would want to do more Bs, unless you are worried about not getting one, so have another as a backup. You didn't get penalized in the past so doubt if you would now. But you run the risk of more deductions.

You aren't you just asked what would happen if you did too many Bs.

Of course. You could do a kip, cast to HS, free hip to HS, step down sole circle, long kip to handstand then your giant and dismount. Tons of options. Back stalder is a B, several Cs are allowed and count as Bs.... A pirouette, aforementioned free hip to HS, etc. lots and lots of options.
