what is level 5 USA women floor, vault, bars and beam requirements?
are theyre any 'special requirements'? what would you need to skip that level? just level 6 moves? or all of level 6+5 moves? (; thanks.

Level 5 USAG is compulsory, so everyone does the exact same routines - same skills, same music, same dance movements, everything. This makes it quite challenging because you can be deducted for doing the dance (arm movements, prances, etc) slightly differently from the text.

Vault: Handspring over table. I believe it's not judged as strictly (easier criteria) than the handspring at L6 or higher.

Bars: Kip, front hip circle, squat on, long hang kip, back hip circle, tap swings, turn dismount (really, the dismount is a placeholder because flyaways are too hard and just jumping down can't be considered a skill).

Beam: Snap half turn, split leap, handstand to vertical, 2 pivots in a row, half turn in coupé, cartwheel, stretch jump-split jump, scale, pivot, cartwheel-handstand (hold 2 seconds) 1/4 turn dismount.

Floor: Straddle jump, dive roll, front handspring, split leap-hop 1/4 turn, split on floor, back extension roll, full turn in coupé, hitch kick, backwalkover, RO-BHS-BHS.

You need to compete at least 1 USAG-sanctioned L5 meet before you can compete L6, and score a minimum of 32 AA. So you need to be proficient at L5 before moving to L6, although you can skip out of it in this manner.
