I am striving for straddle planche but I am struggling with maintaining the posterior pelvic tilt when extending the legs. I have found a video for training ppt called natural leg extension. But I am wary now as one of my friends have told me this is an easy way to tear the meniscus in your knees. I've added a photo as to how you perform it. If unfortunatly it isnt a safe exercise, what other exercises are there that help with strengthening the ppt in planche?
