i used to take gymnastics but was taken out when i was young, i then taught gymnastics for 3 years, but it was mostly little kids and most of their parents only wanted tumbling instructions. long story short i want to get back to it. maybe not competitions but i want to be good enough to compete. i don't have a gym near me so i have a lot of home made equipment, and im recovering from a hip/SI joint injury. i know a lot of strength exercises but because i don't have an actual training regimen (times in secs or min per rep etc) i dunno where to start. i want to start with l sits stradle l's, tucked levers and front, tucked planches, headstand pushups and handstand negatives, but i don't know reps hold times for them except that for strength its better to stick to 3x3 or 3x5. help a general or detailed workout will be greatly appreciated.
