WAG New Compulsory Routines - When?

There is some debate in our gym. Will the new routines be in affect Fall 2020 or Fall 2021?

That's what I thought, but the coaches seem to think otherwise and are already practicing the changes with the girls.

Eek. The changes aren’t even final I don’t believe and will not be until 2020. The USAG “calendar” starts August 1 each year, so it will be August 1, 2021.

Bars and vault proposed changes could be practiced, I suppose.

They need to stop, they will have to undue everything they teach them. its Fall 2021; if they look at the code now it says 2013-2021.

Exactly, from what I understand the coaches will attend coach's congress during Olympic Trials and that is where they will learn the new routines, get the new music, etc...

They aren't focusing on the new skills but incorporating them into the workout. The proposed level 3 bars and the proposed level 4 floor pass.

I was definitely under the assumption we had a full year and a half before the changes would take place. Thanks, everyone!
