I am the proud mother of a 10-year-old gymnast who is working level 8. She started recreational gymnastics at 3.5 years old. We were hoping to burn off some of her excess energy - it didn't work. We recently made the agonizing decision to switch gyms (and now drive 45 minutes each way, 5x week). More about that in the appropriate forums. I've enjoyed the discussions on the Chalk Bucket!

Welcome aboard! I have a 10 year old daughter as well, training level 8/9. She's hoping to compete 9 next year, but I think 8's a little more realistic (shhh, don't tell)

You're going to love it here! Great people and lots of sound advice..

Take Care

Welcome. I have a 10 yr old who will compete L7. I am fairly new as well and still trying to find my way around here.
