okay, so i am in my off season and i feel like i am getting out of shape. gymnastics doesnt start up until the summer and i want to still be as strong and flexible as i was when i ended. are there any conditioning or strength exercises that you know that could get me through these last 2 months of school! i hate being away from the gym. everytime i have some extra money it goes towards open gym. what are the basics that i should be practicing when i go to open gym? thanks for any answers that i might get from everybody!
