I want to work new skills and I feel like I could but my mind just wanders and tells me that I will die. For example: toe fronts off bars; if I land on my head my neck will snap, I will become paralyzed, my organs will shut down, then I will die. I am doing these skills into the pit but this is still my thought process and I don't know how to get rid of it or how to overcome it. Please help me.
