She's always been one of my fav gymnasts and this made me love her more! She talks about how amazing college was for her, how she thinks more elites should go to college and thinks that change is happening and is really honest with her feelings on Sydney and her career. A little long but def. worth the read!

Elise Ray really did break the mold for elite gymnasts choosing college, and excelling at it. I enjoy listening to her commentary as well. I think it's a shame girls like Carly, Shawn, Nastia, Jana and Chellsie didn't do NCAA...they would have be great to watch...and now hearing that Bross has an agent , we won't see her either. It's nice to see gymnasts like Elise setting an example that you can do high level gymnastics AND go to college as very few gymnasts are ever able to go pro and make a living off it....
