I never knew Mr. Pancott, but he was a huge influence on DS's coach and many, many other coaches and athletes. Too often, the people who just work quietly away and do great things remain fairly obscure, while news focuses on bad people.

I'm grateful to him for the many years he devoted to the sport he loved so much. He's left a tremendous legacy in Region 7 and elsewhere.
