Toe on to HS + Bail to HS + Toe on to high bar

And what value is a full twisting double layout

Tckatchev assumimg straddled (D)
D+D gives 0.1

Toe on to HS (C)
Bail to HS (D)
Toe on to high bar (B)
Gives no connection vaule, for CV the toe on should contain a full piroutte
