I only know elite/FIG SV:

Straddle Jaeger 3.408 = D
Piked Jaeger 3.508 = E (recent upgrade)
Straddle Hecht/"Tkatchev" 3.403 = D
Piked Tkatchev 4.403 = E
Toe-On Straddle Hecht/"Ray" 4.510 = D
Toe-On Piked Hecht/"Church" 5.510 = E
Stalder Straddle Hecht/"Ricna" = E
Stalder Pike Hecht/"Downie" F
Clearhip Hecht/"Hindorff" 2.506 = E

Why do we care?

Most elite gymnasts compete a 4.8SV bar routine with 8 counting elements. Virtually the only way to go higher is to connect skills. D+D CV is only .1 CV, while D+E CV (both flight) is .2.

Meaning, a gymnast competing 3 single rail releases in a row (one an E) with kips in between earns 1.2, while a gymnast who does single rail (E)/pak/shaposh half earns 2.0. The 1.2 gymnast will never catch up.

So, a successful elite gymnast should learn a connecting E release, connected to a pak, connected to a shaposh half. It's wildly difficult to connect a jaeger, let alone the lower-height pike jaeger, to a pak, so most compete hecht variations. They satisfy the reverse grip with a weiler or something ugly at the end of their routine.

There are other options for advanced gymnasts, but they are rarer and often only work with certain gymnasts. Locklear connected a bunch of Ds between the bars anchored with two Es. Shaposh uprises to Ds and Es are very valuable, especially if the E/pak/Shap Half comes after it. Inside Stalder variations add .3 to any routine.

A hecht and a shaposh-style skill are highly similar skills/techniques. Often gymnasts learn a ray and toe-on shaposh within the same few months and then they are set for life.

As an aside, Rays are great because they are Es in JO and NCAA and can be performed with few deductions because they are so powerful. Unfortunately, they are still Ds in FIG.

New code comes out within the year, but the above works for now.
