So proud - qualified for Eastern Canadian Championships

So proud of my little 10 year old gymnast....she had a lot going on - she moved clubs this year and learned a ton of new skills to bring her from level 7 to Pre-National Novice.
With all the changes she managed to make Eastern Championships in Newfoundland

She is going to a camp this summer for bar release skills. We were told to buy heel protectors. I posted earlier and I had a few replies to purchase volleyball knee pads.

Ah yes, they do work well. Elbow pads for any sport tend to work quite nicely too.

So my daughter competed and did a super job. We are so proud of her. At the beginning of this year she was level 7 and her biggest skills were tick tock back walkover on beam, fly away on bars, layout on floor..... and now she is doing level 9 skills and rocked it at Easterns. She competed PreNational at Easterns and Level 9 at a local invitational competition. She has improved so much this year. SO PROUD.
