Hello!

I've been working on a transistion from the high bar to low bar/release move, it's called something like the sole circle release move. I prefer to call it the squirrel move :] It reminds me of a flying squirrel, or something like that hahaah. If you are hanging on the high bar facing the low bar, you come from a tap swing, and stradelling your legs they are placed on the low bar. Still hanging from the high bar, your feet push into the bar, your arms then release and catch the low bar. With your feet on the outside of your hands, you swing through [hence the sole circle name], either out into a kip, or lots of other possibilities. I really hope that made sense...

I haven't actually seen it done elsewhere, but has anyone else seen or heard of this?
