I am in lvl 6/7 and had an injury during my year of lvl 5. My coach overstretched me and I tore my hip in multiple places. Now, I have a tight hip and hamstring. I can usually go all the way down on the previously injured side, also my good side (left), but on the other side the hamstring is tight. This is in correlation with the injury. What can I do?

As Jard.the.gymnast said, you will get the most success by visiting a physiotherapist. Especially one who specialises in sports physio. A physio will be able to help you discover the exact cause of the problem and give you targeted exersizes to get everything working the way it should again.

I have been doing this, but my pt overbuilt my muscles instead of helping me stretch. Now that made it worse. I moved pt's recently, and my new one is doing much better.

I would talk to your doctor about seeing a physical therapist. This is one of the best things you can do, and the best part about it is that it really works amazingly!
