Sprained knee

Hey,
I have a sprained knee, and I also have evaluations in a week to move up a level. The thing I need to work on most is bars, so I was wondering whether or not it would be smart to work on bars with my sprained knee.

In my non-expert opinion, I would say that it should be fine as long as you didn't do any dismounts, and you were careful when jumping (to the high bar, and into your mounts). Good luck on your evaluations.

Sprained knees aren't cool. I've sprained both of mine (in gym class of course!) and i still did bars. I did a lot of strap bar, giants, freehip to hands, hand stands, kips, everything. I also did regular bars, i just did cast squat ons with one leg, not the injured one. i didn't do any dismounts either. I hope it gets better soon!
Just out of curiosity, how did you do it?

I actually think it would be okay. Just be careful and don't put too much pressure on it or it will get worse. Good luck and have fun!!
