Basically I have had SO many problems with my back handsprings, especially standing! I have had a standing back handspring for about six months now, and my form has been all over the place. I have attached a video of one of my "better ones", but here are my known issues with my back handspring step out: My legs are SUPER bent, I am not splitting fast enough, I am undercutting, I stick my head out, I am reaching underneath me instead of behind me, and the biggest problem is that my hips are shooting up instead of back. Does anyone have any tips or DRILLS to correct any of these issues? I REALLY, REALLY want a pretty back handspring but no matter what I do, I have not seen much improvement. (My roundoff back handsprings are usually fine and I do not face the same issues).

My disgusting step-out:

Have you tried Roundoff back handspring stepout? Make sure you do the Roundoff from a power hurdle and not a run, or you could injure your knees because of the power the run Roundoff gives
