Startle affect in front flip

We're you ever jumping on your trampoline or bed and try a front flip and get scared in the middle of the air? Well that's happened to me know does anyone know how to get rid of it?
 
By 'bed' I hope you mean trampoline bed. If you're having a mental block the only way to get past it is to work through it. Ask your coach to spot you and put a big crash mat on the trampoline. Once you do it a few times keep telling yourself you know how to do it and commit to the complete front somi
 
and maybe open your eyes...:) it's hard to do gymnastics in an 'unlit closet'...
