Stiff Neck?

I slept well last night, except in a strange position. Now, if I tilt my head to the right, my neck hurts like heck. It is SO stiff. And, of course, I have gymnastics today in 3 hours. I stretch it every 30 minutes or so, but it's not helping...

I know that I'm not going to need to tilt my head like that for any tricks, but I'd rather not have it hurt, just in case. Does anybody know how to "un-stiffen" a stiff neck? Thanks! :D
 
A heating pad and some stretching usually works for me. At practice if it's hurting, tell your coach ahead of time, although I'm sure you will hardly need to alter your workout. It's just good to mention it at the beginning of practice, just in case it gets worse. If it still hurts tomorrow though (which I doubt it will) you might want to take it easy with tumbling/whipping around at practice.
