stretching and strength

i was wondering if anyone had any stretches or strengthening exersizes to add to my daily routine
this is what i do at the moment
splits all three
left leg over slpits
elbow stand with feet on floor leggs straight
banana stretch( where u lie on your back and some one grabs onto your hands and pull your back(its a really good stretch and i ve notice alot of improve ment))
and this stretch

for strength i do a couple of pull ups leg lifts and sit ups some time i will to some single leg squats but i do do some running

any ideas would be appreciated

it sounds like your good with stretching, but how long do you hold the stretches? and here are some good strengthening exercises:
push-ups: start with maybe 3 sets of 5 or 10. then work your way up
v-ups: again, probably 3 sets. start and stay at around 15-25, but increase if you need a challenge
hollow and arch or "superman" holds and rocks: start with 2-3 sets of 20-30 seconds on each and 20-30 or more of hollow and arch rocks
step ups: if you can find a solid surface that is stable and about a little above your knees do 20-10-5 or 25-20-15-10-5 whichever you can step ups
