What skill has thrown down the gauntlet for you? Because we can throw it back.

Or at least put up a good fight.

Poll options to follow.

All would be useful. Also back extension roll. Kip, BHS, standing back tuck, punch front etc. The roundoff drills are great. I have already tried some with my tinies.

Would it be possible to archive the threads somehow to make its own section like a library of coaching suggestions that people can go to when the main replies have died down a little?

gymnut1 i agree completely, that was the primary reason why i started The Gym Press to give people a source where they can actually write up their opinions and have the accessible easily. There is so much good information out there in posts lost to time.

I encourage everyone to get on the The Gym Press, and submit your articles to the journal

I picked front handspring because I'm selfish! I can help throw the gauntlet back with the other options, but fhs are another skill I never really had to teach from scratch!
