Wow! Getting better at these instructional videos. Good job. Great editing. Great camera work. Keep it up. Can't wait to see more. Wouldn't hurt to talk through the drills and emphasize their fine points. Wouldn't hurt to explain an introduction to what the Healy is and where it came from. Wouldn't hurt to show an example of an ideal Healy. Kind of left me hanging...pun.

pete healey was a new zealand national team member. married to kathy healey. pete retired from george williams college a few years ago. he coached the mens team at george williams for a few years in the late 70's and early 80's and they dropped the team. his wife was head coach for womens gymnastics at bemidji state in minnesota for years. they had an interstate marriage and had 3 boys. tristyn the oldest went on to become a gymnast. they are both now retired living in downers grove, illinois.

by the way, pete never did his namesake on the high bar. only the p-bars. fact you may want to know.

Interesting, I always assumed a Healy was a skill like a roundoff, that wasn't actually named after a real person.
