I had a shoulder injury a few years ago but it was resolved. A while later I had ongoing knee problems that led to surgery and I came back to gym in Feburary. I am still getting my skills back but my old shoulder injury has been flaring up to the point where I have missed a week of practice. I love the sport but I don’t want to go through another injury. I don’t know if I should quit or not????
