User Groups

The Chalk Bucket user groups have been simplified to get back to the original concept of the site. The "club owner" and "judge" groups have been removed. While we did have members in these user groups...it will be much simpler to combine all of these members into the new "coach/judge" group.

Also, the "gymnastics fan" group has been removed as we hope everyone here is a fan of gymnastics.
