Florida came in 2nd .075 behind. Things were tied 1/2 way through the last rotation so it was super close!

Aside from being a Gator alum, it would have been cool to see a school outside of the four finally win one. The scores were amazing - 20 routines apiece and scores over 197!

I think both Florida and Stanford made their presence known, was very impressed with them. Especially impressed with Stanford considering the size of their roster, only 13 athletes compared to 16 for Florida and 18 each for Alabama and UCLA.

Does anyone know if their are rules about the size of an NCAA Gymnastics team roster? Doesn't really seem quite fair.

no more than 12 scholarship athletes. as many walk ons as a budget will allow, and they're all different.

and stanford's deal is completely different than everyone else. you have to be accepted thru general admissions and not the athletic department and prop [16/48.

Guess it makes sense that a private school that costs $60,000 a year would get less walk-ons than a public university costing $15,00-$20,000 per year.
