Ok, I healed A LOT faster than expected. So yesterday at the gym I was working on things on the tumble track and when I tried to do a sing RO-BHS-BT, I couldn't do the tuck without my body automatically start to twist. My set was right but once I got upside down I just suddenly started to twist. I didn't do ONE single back flip without twisting. What's going on?
 
This is making me so upset! I tried one last one at the end of gym, ended up getting lost in the air, fell flat on my face :(
 
Not sure what is going on, but take a step back and go back to some of your back tuck drills. Get back to being comfortable with the basics, get your body used to not twisting, then go back to trying the tuck.
