Hey all,
In the past month I've returned to gym, and have been working on individual skills.
Brief history: 10 Years ago - Started rec gym > school gym > comp gym > quit > coached > cheerlead’ed > coached & cheered > and now I'm here.
I've got a veteran's competition in a weeks time, and although its quite relaxed, there's a master's comp that I'd like to do well in; so I’m planning on using the vet’ comp as a measuring stick.
Long story short: Where can I find some pre-made routines, to use as a starting point?
If it helps, I'm ~ level 6/7 on most apparatus…and a guy.
Thanks for your time and help!
