Yeah, got the tickets!

I finally found some tickets I like for the championships in St. Paul in August! It took a few searches on Ticketmaster to find tickets I like. I'm looking forward to a great day with my daughter (age 7) on August 20. We are going to split the day between gymnastics and the Science Museum. I'm so grateful they are driving distance so we can enjoy this "Mommy and Me" day together! I still need to find a nice restaurant for lunch, and we'll be all set! If anyone is familiar with downtown St. Paul, I'd love to hear restaurant suggestions for a "fancy" or unusual lunch place that a 7 year old would enjoy. I know there is a good Greek restaurant downtown, but my picky eater probably won't go for that.

That's exciting! I went to watch my first big meet when I was about your daughter's age, and I still remember it. I'm sure she'll have tons of fun Gosh, I moved away from the St Paul area so long ago I don't even remember what's there. This site might help you... Thanks for the link! I went to that site and then into the St. Paul Grill website. The menus looks great, and for lunch/sandwhiches not as pricey. I also saw the farmers market and am tempted to add that to the itinerary if it's not too hot that weekend!
